Camp Axolotl Payments Policy

Camp Fees

The camp fees for 2026 will be as follows:

STANDARD FEE: $750
LATE FEE: $1100

The STANDARD FEE is available to all campers signing up before May 1st, 2026.

The LATE FEE will be charged to all campers signing up starting May 1st, 2026.

For new and waitlisted campers: The fee amount will be determined by the date of application. If you apply to join us before May 1st, but your application is approved later, you will still only be charged the Standard Fee.

Voluntary Donations

Campers can attach a Voluntary Donation to their registration. These funds will be used to support campers in need of financial support, as well as to cover our deficit from previous years. This replaces the yearly GoFundMe campaign.

Refund Policy

If you are not able to participate in Camp Axo 2026, you can request a refund or ask for your fee to be rolled over to a future year. Refunds requested before May 1st, 2026 will be processed in June at the latest. Following that date, refunds will be processed in October 2026.

Storage Fees

Please see the Camp Storage page for storage prices. Storage Fees are not refundable.

Note: Camp Storage charges have been fixed. If you see extra charges, it may be because you hadn't been charged correctly in past years. Please reach out via our contact form if there are any mismatches.
